We currently deliver across Pakistan.
Standard delivery time is typically 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery times may vary during public holidays, weather disruptions, or courier delays.

Payment Methods

We offer the following payment options:

JazzCash
Easypaisa

For JazzCash and Easypaisa payments, customers may be asked to share payment confirmation before order processing.

Shipping Charges

We are currently offering FREE shipping across Pakistan on all orders for a limited time.

Delivery Attempts

Please ensure that your contact number and shipping address are accurate. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier partner may contact you to arrange redelivery.

Incorrect Address Information

Elyras is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged item or if any item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photos.
